The Collaborative Education Award — evaluate the impact of AI-powered clinical simulation in your program.
Figment Learning Labs is pleased to announce the Palmetto Faculty Innovators Program, an initiative for educators interested in piloting our AI-powered virtual clinical platform with their students. Selected participants receive a Collaborative Education Award.
Through this program, Figment Learning Labs provides in-kind platform access for a 6-month pilot period to selected academic partners, with a maximum award value of $3,000 per institution. This model removes financial barriers while enabling institutions to evaluate the impact of AI-powered clinical simulation in real-world educational settings.
Faculty, instructors, or investigators at accredited academic institutions (medicine, nursing, pharmacy, allied health, or related fields).
Educators seeking to pilot the integration of AI-powered clinical simulation in their curricula.
Academic teams committed to evaluating and sharing outcomes from their pilot experience.
In-Kind Platform Access: Figment Learning Labs provides coverage of student access codes for a 6-month pilot, up to 1,000 access codes per institution ($3 per code, $3,000 maximum award value).
Full Platform Access: Includes Virtual Clinic, NCLEX-style cases, Figment TeamLab, Figment ProFiles, and faculty case creation tools (Case Creator and NCLEX Case Creator) at no cost during the award period.
Implementation Flexibility: Programs may deploy across courses or cohorts with no usage restrictions during the award period.
Academic Recognition: Awardees may be highlighted as Faculty Innovators on our website and invited to share findings at future events.
In lieu of licensing fees, participating faculty serve as academic partners by implementing Figment within a course or training experience, investigating a focused educational or clinical training question, and collecting and sharing student outcomes (e.g., engagement, performance, or clinical reasoning). Findings may support internal evaluation, presentations, or scholarly dissemination.
